We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food or treat products
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@petlovu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petlovu.com with a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
